ZPD was founded in 2010, focusing on providing integrated design services for interior design and soft decoration for real estate and public buildings. Over the past 10 years, we have continuously created classic design works. And we cooperated with dozens of real estate agents. There are several classic design projects in China. We have several colleagues in different professional fields.
The past 10 years, In cooperation with overseas companies (Thailand PIA, Italy KOKAI, Shanghai Disney, French Orion, Singapore TA Corporation, Spain JOHNRYAN, etc.), we have strengthened international design concepts, construction techniques, and operating models. Realize the effective integration of the project's planning consultants, in-depth participation, and cooperation quality for our customers.In the past 10 years, we have been cooperated with developers, such us COFCO, VANKE, CRLand，R&F PROPERTIES, CITIC REAL STATE, WONGTEE, HOPE GROUP, CAMBRIDGE，YASIN HOLDING,etc. After cooperation, we also have a long-term and stable relations.
