This Disneyland creates a brand-new "Tomorrowland", showing the infinite possibilities of the future.

ZPD is fortunate to participate in this major event of global concern and is responsible for the in-depth design and implementation of the "Shanghai Disneyland Tomorrowland" project.

Shanghai Disneyland is the sixth Disney theme park in the world. The project cycle is as long as one is born every 12-15 years. From project conception, deepening design to project implementation, Disney is undoubtedly the first in the global theme park industry. It is even the only company that has such high standards and high requirements for quality control.

Each unit is strictly screened by Disney and is recognized before it starts work; before the project is officially launched, the project department leader will lead the partners to the Disney site for on-site inspections.

The famous experience projects in the theme park of "Tomorrowland" include: Chuang Xianguang Wheel, Buzz Lightyear Interstellar Rescue, Jetpack Aircraft, Space Fairy Stitch, Marvel Hero Headquarters, etc.

In the entire project process, in addition to the US Disney Company, the Shanghai partner company, and various professional partners, it is important to join a professional management company to ensure the quality of the materials from the source and control the high-quality results of the entire project .

During the execution of the project, ZPD also encountered many difficulties, such as process implementation, production environment, material selection, project implementation and engineering cycle, etc.; throughout the project process, the design drawings need to be adjusted and reviewed again and again, and finally After being confirmed by various professional units, prototypes will be produced, and the prototypes will be used on site after being inspected. They will be applied to large-scale construction only after successful implementation.

From 2013 to 2014, Shanghai Disney was the first domestic project to introduce the BIM system and use it as a design and construction management tool. The total construction period of the entire project was previewed in advance to reflect the results of each project to be completed at each time node .

However, the particularity of the project is not so easy to achieve in one step during the implementation of the BIM system. A very small and irregular restaurant ceiling is also difficult to directly reflect in the system. After in-depth discussion, the Zhenpin Space design team spent nearly 2 weeks for 3D modeling work, and then entered the BIM system and passed this system Regularly summarize and review, adjust and correct step by step.
